Oil and Gas

Terminal Dispatch Management System (MyTDMS)

MyTDMS enables the oil and gas industry and the production industry to manage and automate their internal product distribution throughout vendors, contractors and proponent suppliers and other distribution networks to ease their internal logistic management with a process driven and evaluation centric module.

PROCESS:

Vehicle enters the main gate. Automatic magnetic loop sensor will be installed to find the type of vehicle. Operator will fill the details in the registration form. All details will be stored in the server. Search facility also available for previously entered vehicles. Process will start once the vehicle enters the entry gate. Operator will enter the vehicle number. Check whether the vehicle is registered at main gate. The processing time will start for each vehicles. Time set can be configured. The tracking status will change when the time taken is huge. Once completed, the driver need to press the feedback button. Vehicle reaches the exit gate. Operator will enter the vehicle number, system will check whether the vehicle had already obtained the entry pass. The timer will start. Once completed, the user need to press the feedback option. Only after pressing the feedback option, a new screen will be available for the next vehicles.
